Permission is granted to temporarily use N2CS for the purpose of accessing customer data in a read-only manner. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
N2CS provides read-only access to customer databases. All searches are logged and audited. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
In no event shall N2CS or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use N2CS.
N2CS may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this service you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
